Single loop TOTEM, earth

The TOTEM single earring is one of my biggest favorites.

It is inspired by the symbolism of the Elements on the front, and by Astrology on the back.

Complementary symbols.

On the front, the 4 glyphs of the 4 symbols of the Elements embossed (in relief on the mono-loop): Fire, Earth, Water and Air.

Symbolism that I supported by the choice of inlaying semi-precious stones:

- For Air, I opted for synthetic opals, whose reflections reminded me of rainbows.

- For Fire, labradorite: ashes, blue flame, absorption

- For Water, I chose apatite: this dark turquoise which evokes the poetry of a dive

- For Earth, it is a duo of synthetic ruby ​​and green agate: a harmony to evoke a floral and delicate touch

Finally, I worked on the back of the single buckle, a rare occurrence in the world of jewelry.

Indeed, imagine this long stick that accompanies the neck of the one who wears this mono-earring, and well seen from the back, we can see the engravings of the 12 glyphs of the 12 astro signs engraved. It is hidden, personal, but this discreet touch is a little more symbolic, I must admit that I love hidden messages.
