Delivery times, prices and options
AN-NEE prepares orders within 24 business hours of confirmation. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday are processed the following Monday or Tuesday in case of high volume.
In addition to this time, there is the delivery time depending on the method chosen:
Standard Relay Point (Chronopost): 3 to 4 working days
- Some relay points are open on weekends
- 5 relay choices offered when ordering
- Tracking by email via Chronopost
- No delivery on public holidays
- Chronopost can change the relay address if necessary (closure, holidays, etc.) and will inform you by email.

Colissimo without signature at home: 2 to 3 working days
- Tracked by email via Colissimo
- No delivery on weekends or public holidays
- Price including tax: €8.50
Colissimo with signature at home: 2 to 3 working days
- Tracked by email via Colissimo
- No delivery on weekends or public holidays
- Hand delivery with signature
- Price including tax: €9.50
Chronopost 6 p.m. home delivery: delivery the day after dispatch
- It is not the day after the order, but the day of preparation
